Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

By using Estate Haul ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. The Site

Estate Haul is a free, public directory of estate sales, moving sales, garage sales, and liquidation events posted by third-party hosts and aggregated from public sources. We do not run any sale listed on the Site, do not warehouse or sell any item, and are not responsible for the accuracy, condition, or availability of any item listed in any sale.

2. Listings

Sale listings on Estate Haul are provided for informational purposes only. Dates, times, addresses, and item descriptions are provided by the host or aggregated from publicly available sources, and may change or be cancelled without notice. We strongly encourage all visitors to confirm sale details directly with the host before traveling significant distances. Estate Haul makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing.

3. User submissions

By submitting a sale listing, contact-form message, or moving-quote request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to publish the listing (e.g., you own or are authorized to sell the items, or are authorized by the property owner). You grant Estate Haul a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, edit, format, and distribute your submitted content as part of the Site.

4. Prohibited uses

You agree not to: (a) post listings for sales that don't exist or that are intended to defraud buyers; (b) scrape, copy, or republish the Site's content in bulk without prior written permission; (c) attempt to disrupt the Site or interfere with other users; (d) post content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or hateful; or (e) misrepresent your identity or the nature of your sale.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site contains links to third-party websites and integrates with third-party services (advertising networks, moving partners, mapping providers). Estate Haul is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties. Your use of any linked or embedded service is subject to that service's own terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Estate Haul does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Estate Haul, its operators, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or property damage related to attending or hosting any listed sale.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Estate Haul from any claim or demand made by any third party arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
